On Repeat: Chambray

I am beyond obsessed with chambray shirts right now. They go with everything in my closet and are the perfect layering pieces.

On Repeat: Zara bootie

I was having an absolute wild Wednesday night, sifting through the Zara site, again, when I came upon this bootie. It is my new obsession. I want to wear it with dark wash jeans and something maroon. Anyway, if I hadn't just calculated shipping costs for three boxes of handbags and shoes I have to ship to my new home, these puppies would be mine right now. Still considering buying them and having them shipped to my new address to be waiting for me when I get there. Hmm...

Grab the Clutch with Etsy

Etsy has so many great artists, it was hard to narrow down the list of my favorite clutch handbags, but here are seven that I am absolutely smitten with!

Design Finds: Wall Art Wants

I am moving back to my hometown on August 21st to finish school and I am ridiculously excited to decorate from scratch. I've always wanted to do a gallery wall, but have never stayed in one place long enough for it to be worth starting a collection. Since I plan on staying in one place for at least 3 years, I think it's time. I can't decide whether I want it to be quirky and fun or classy and sophisticated, but these are some of my favorite picks from independent artists.

Color Story: Hint of Mint

I am so beyond obsessed with the color mint lately. It's the perfect color for trying to convince yourself it is springtime and not really 102 degrees outside.

Sunday Brunch

Sunday brunch is a rare occurrence these days, as I am usually working on Sundays by noon, but since it was my weekend off, the family and I decided to head to the local wine bar for a delicious breakfast. I love getting dressed up, but this black blazer and part-wool hat were a bad idea since it was 102 degrees by the time we left the restaurant.
Hat: H&M (similar here) | Necklace: Bauble Bar | Blazer: Gap | Dress: Old Navy (same style
Shoes: Kensie (similar here) | Bag: Kate Spade  (love this one, too)

On a Budget: Inspired by 3.1 Phillip Lim

Even on sale, this 3.1 Phillip Lim outfit is way over budget for me, so I found some alternatives. The above designer outfit costs 80% more than the budget version. The lower cost pieces are definitely a win in my book!
